This is how it appeared when it was advertised in 1947:


Dennis used this machine almost every day while working in his shop, but he kept it in absolutely perfect condition. The original machining marks are still visible on the bed. The center height of both the head stock and tail stock are spot on.

It is strange to think that this is the last year of Dennis Harmon’s workshop. It is such a privilege to be one of the last to ever step foot in it. Here is a photo of him not long before he died. I can’t help but wish he were here to ring in the new year. This evening I am going to raise a glass to Dennis.
