Day No.73 – Progress

The basement is looking better already! We have put in some shelving units to get things off the floor, and have found some really beautiful old electrical equipment in the process. Vintage voltmeters in wood carrying cases by General Electric and other companies with original documentation – porcelain lighting fixtures – antique laboratory lighting – mercoid meters – copper coils and wire and more….

In addition to the electrical equipment, there are a number of amazing woodworking tools, one of which is a rare Sandusky No.132 rosewood screwstem plough. We also found more books and publications, many of which document most of the old manufacturers in the US and their inventory!
